Heard learned counsel for petitioners and Ms. Parul Bajpai, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for payment of minimum of pay-scale of Class IV post and benefit of revision of such minimum of pay-scale in terms of Seventh Pay Commission. 3. It is submitted that earlier, petitioners have already been granted minimum of pay-scale in terms of Sixth Pay Commission but revision of pay- scale has not taken place. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners has placed reliance on judgment rendered by this Court in Writ A No.1287 of 2025 (Pradeep Kumar Shukla versus State of U.P. & Ors.). 5. For the aforesaid grievance, petitioners have already submitted a representation but seek liberty to submit fresh representations. At present learned counsel for petitioners restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same. 6. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioners and without entering into the merits of the case petitioners are granted liberty to file individual fresh representation before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Director, Horticulture & Food Processing, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided in the light of judgment of Pradeep Kumar Shukla (supra) in case the same is applicable within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 7. With the aforesaid observations, petition stands disposed of.
