The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the Civil Judge(JD), FTC, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the trial of Case Crime No. 0038 of 2020, State Vs. Atal Verma and others, under Sections 498A, 323, 504 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Ambedkar Nagar, expeditiously. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2020, but even after passing of five years, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub- surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the Civil Judge(JD), FTC, Ambedkar Nagar is directed to decide the trial of Case Crime No. 0038 of 2020, State Vs. Atal Verma and others, under Sections 498A, 323, 504 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Ambedkar Nagar, with expedition, in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time.
