Both these two bail applications arise out of the same police case and as such, these bail applications are being disposed of by this common order. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with F.I.R Nagri P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024, corresponding to Spl. POCSO Case No.58 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 127(2), 74, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S and Section 12 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of Sri Asif Equbal, learned AJC-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi. On 16.09.2024, the informant had stayed at Kavyan Residency with his daughter. At about 10:00 p.m, he went outside to fetch food. When he returned, he found his daughter missing. It is alleged that the petitioners who were staying in the adjacent room kidnapped his daughter. They took his daughter to their room and took her obscene pictures. His daughter somehow managed to escape. Attention has been drawn towards WhatsApp chat of the victim with one of the absconding accused. Attention has also been drawn towards several photographs of the victim with one of the absconding accused, which shows that the victim was having very intimate relationship with co accused namely Suvendu Mandal. There is no allegation that the victim was subjected to any sexual atrocity. Mr. Rakesh Ranjan and Mr. Manoj Kumar Mishra, learned A.P. Ps on behalf of the State have opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Asif Equbal, learned AJC-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi, in connection with F.I.R Nagri P.S.
