The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Direct the court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bahraich to decide the interim relief application of the petitioner which is pending in Regular Suit No. 13 of 2024 (Virendra Kumar Versus Subedar and others) in which next date is fixed for 20.08.2025 and further prayed to this Hon'ble Court during pendency of the interim relief application, direct the opposite parties to maintain status-quo over the land in dispute, in the interest of justice, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid interim relief application with all expedition, positively on the next date fixed, i.e., 20.08.2025, in accordance with law.
