By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the claim petition no. 1012 of 2018 pending before the U.P. State Public Service Tribunal i.e. respondent no. 1. 4. The extract of the order-sheet placed on record as Annexure 3 indicates that on several occasion it is on request of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the dates were fixed. 5. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to pass any order. In case any such application is moved, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 6.
