Mr. Narendra Bali, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Devesh Ghildiyal, Brief Holder for the State. The petitioner has brought to the notice of the Court non compliance of Court’s order dated 09.07.2025, passed in WPMS No.1956 of 2025, Swami Umar Bharti Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others, by which the writ petition was disposed of with the directions to the respondents-authority to take action with regard to the removal of the encroachment from the public pathway within a period of three months. Learned State Counsel was required to get instructions. Today, learned State Counsel gives a statement that the encroachment has already been removed and it is clear now. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel. In view of the statement given by learned State Counsel, nothing survives in this contempt petition. It stands disposed of, accordingly.
