The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent at the instigation of 4th respondent is interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. Aggrieved by the said action of the 3rd respondent, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. It is submitted that the petitioner is aged about 74 years and is being troubled by the 3rd respondent. 2 3. Considering the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent and not to disturb the peace of the petitioner, without following due process of law.
