The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the appeal preferred by the respondent was not maintainable as such the entire proceedings be quashed. 3. Considering the nature of the relief, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an application for dismissal of the appeal on the ground that the same was not maintainable. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
