After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that he may be permitted to not press this petition to file anticipatory bail application and direction may be issued to decide the same with expedition. 3. Considering the aforesaid request, this petition is dismissed being not pressed. 4. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file anticipatory bail application before the Court of Sessions within a period of two weeks and if such anticipatory bail application is filed, the same shall be heard and disposed of with expedition, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
