Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. On 26.06.2025, in Bail Appl. No. 1504/25, the petitioner was allowed to go on bail of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Amingaon. Today Mr. Das has submitted that the bail bond should be filed before the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Rangia. Therefore, the said order needs to be corrected. I considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. The error stands corrected. The petitioner Kangkan Kalita shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Rangia. This order shall form a part of the order dated 26.06.2025 passed by this Court in Bail Appl. No. 1504/25. Accordingly, the interlocutory application is disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
