1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The present application has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No.15 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 15, 18 and 25 of the NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Latehar.
3. Innocence has been claimed by the learned counsel for the petitioners and undertaking has been given for co-operating with the investigating agency and participation in the trial. It has been submitted that there is no criminal antecedent against them. Further, it has been stated that the poppy plants were found at the Forest Land and on the suspicion their names have come in this case. On the above basis, prayer for anticipatory bail has been made.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the nature of allegation and material available on record, the petitioners are granted privilege of anticipatory bail. Hence, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of this order, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Latehar, in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No.15 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
