1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. 2. The application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 4615/2025 & CM APPL. 21356/2025 (by the petitioner under Section 151 CPC seeking interim relief)
3. The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:
“1. Pass an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondents from taking any coercive action against the petitioner school based on the arbitrary and unjust alleged inspection conducted in the petitioner school on 04.04.2025;
2. Direct the respondents to produce and preserve the audio and video recording of the arbitrary and unjust alleged inspection carried out in the petitioner school on 04.04.2025 for effective adjudication of the present petition;
3. Direct the respondent No. 2 to act strictly in accordance with the provisions of Delhi School Education Act and This is a digitally signed order. 4. Direct the respondents to not issue any arbitrary notices/ office orders against the petitioner school;
5. Direct the respondents to comply with the principles of natural justice and provide a just, fair and reasonable hearing before taking any action against the petitioner school.”

Explaining the aforesaid prayers, Mr. Puneet Mittal, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that as of now the only concern of the petitioner is that the audio and video recording upon which the respondent nos.3 to 5 are placing reliance, should be preserved. He submits that the said audio and video recording allegedly pertains to the incident of 04.04.2025. 5. Mr.
Sameer Vashisht, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the audio and video recording, which is available with the respondent nos.3 to 5, will be preserved. The statement is taken on record. 6. He further submits that the principles of natural justice will be complied with by the respondent/DoE in case any action is contemplated against the petitioner/school, rather a show cause notice has already been given to the petitioner/school. 7. In view of the above, no further relief is pressed by Mr. Mittal. 8. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Consequently, the pending application also stands disposed of.
