In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below with an application of bail, which may be considered in accordance with law. The interim granted to the petitioner shall be extended till 15 (fifteen) days, enabling the petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court below accordingly.
