The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to carry out necessary correction in the tabulation register by incorporating "private" instead of "regular" against the name of the petitioner in respect of his Fazil Ist year and IInd year exam relating to the academic session 2012-13, in the interest of justice. " 3. It is argued that a representation has already been given to respondent No.2, which is pending consideration. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to pass orders on the application filed by the petitioner with all expedition, preferably within a period of four weeks from today, in accordance with law.
