Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that in the election held on 26.06.2025, the petitioner had secured the maximum votes, however, EWS certificate was not available with her, no steps was taken. 3. It is alleged that the respondents have torn all the records, for which no FIR has been lodged. 4. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that fresh meeting for selection is scheduled on 21.08.2025. 5. In view of the said development, no writ as prayed can be granted. The writ petition is dismissed. 6. The petitioner would be entitled to participate in the fresh election. Needless to say that the fresh election shall be held in accordance with law.
