(ii) Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just fit and proper may also be passed in favour of petitioner. (iii) To allow this petition with costs." The petitioner who is a Society should approach the Deputy Registrar/opposite party No.1 raising its grievance, which can be considered as per law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. .
