Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging orders dated 15.06.2025 and 18.06.2025 whereby petitioner working on the post of Assistant Store Keeper has been transferred to Kunda, District Pratapgarh. 3. Primary ground taken by learned counsel for petitioner is fact that transfer has been effected in mid-session which would affect studies of his daughter and serious ailment of his aged parents. 4. With regard to aforesaid grievance, petitioner is granted liberty to file representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director, Training and Employment Directorate, Rojgar Bhawan, Guru Govind Singh Marg, Lucknow within a period of three days. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order. 5.
