Case No. 10 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 12 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 64(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is aged about 17 years. 4. Mr. Randhir Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the parties have solemnized their marriage. 5. It appears to be the case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar in connection with Garu P.S.
