This writ petition essentially has been filed for quashing of the notice dated 09.12.2024 sent to the petitioner under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 3. Sri Maneesh Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent-bank states that the representation against this notice was sent to the bank and thereafter the matter had been decided finally. 4.
