This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by learned Dy. Director of Consolidation dated 31.07.2017 in Revision No.52/46 of 2011-12 (Anita Verma v. Prakash Kumar and others). 5. Today the matter is listed on Compromise Application (IA/11168/2025) whereby it has been pleaded that the contesting parties have entered into compromise. In the said compromise, the land-in-question has been purchased by respondent no.3 from the petitioner-Ali Hussain by way of a registered sale deed dated 15.09.2021 and thus, there is no dispute remains to be decided by this Court. Along with the compromise application, the compromise entered into between the parties and copy of the sale deed has been filed by way of affidavits of both the parties. 6. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of compromise dated 28.03.2022 filed as Annexure No.2 along with the compromise application.
