2025:JHHC:11579 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI A.B.A. No. 3428 of 2024 ----- Sukhdeo Yadav @ Sukhdev Yadav aged about 56 years, Son of Charan Yadav, Resident of Village-Shrinagar Barsot, P.O. + P.S.-Barhi, District-Hazaribag .... Petitioner(s). Versus The State of Jharkhand … Opp. Party(s). ------ CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, Advocate For the State : Ms. Shweta Singh, A.P.P. …...... 05/ 17.04.2025: Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 438 and 440 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 apprehending his arrest for the offences under Sections 26 & 63 of the Indian Forest Act 3. This case arises out of the Govt. Complaint. There is no scope of investigation in this case. The only caution which the Court has to take is to ensure that the petitioner should appear and cooperate in trial. 4. There is nothing in the petition to suggest that the petitioner is apprehending arrest in his case. Thus, I am not inclined to entertain this application. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court and seek regular bail which shall be considered by the said Court strictly in compliance of the guidelines laid down in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in 2022 (10) SCC 51 as well as the observation made in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in 2024 (9) SCC 198. 5. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Rashmi./
