Jotendro, learned senior counsel for the respondent Nos.1 is also present before the Court physically. However, the present proceeding is connected with item No.10 & 11 i.e., MC(CRP(C.R. P Art.227) No.57 of 2025 & MC(CRP(C.R. P Art.227) No.63 of 2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present petitioner do not have any substance to pursue these matters and therefore, seeking for withdrawal of this case. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that liberty may be granted in these matters. Accordingly, the present petition is withdrawn as sought for with liberty to file a fresh one. If any interim order is in force, the same shall not be in force in further.
