The complaint of R3 was enquired as a petition enquiry in CSR No.410 of 2025. In the meantime, the third respondent has filed Habeas Corpus Petition before this Court in WP(MD) No.942 of 2025, wherein, this petitioner has produced the child of the third respondent and therefore, the habeas corpus petition was closed.
