Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid injunction application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 of C.P.C. in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
