Since the respondents have complied with the directions of the learned Tribunal as well as this Court, no further cause of action survives with the petitioner to pursue the present contempt petition, therefore, the same is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of recovery against him, if he has any kind of grievance.
