The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sultanpur to decide the Criminal Misc. Case No. 261 of 2020, under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. (Smt. Sweety Sharma Vs. Ashish Sharma), Police Station Motigarpur, District Sultanpur, expeditiously. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2020, but even after passing of five years, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub- surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sultanpur is directed to decide the Criminal Misc. Case No. 261 of 2020, under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. (Smt. Sweety Sharma Vs. Ashish Sharma), Police Station Motigarpur, District Sultanpur, with expedition, in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time.
