Considering that the order impugned has been passed by the Director, Education (Secondary), Prayagraj i.e. respondent No.2 as such no notice is being issued to the respondents No.5 & 6. 3. Under challenge is the order dated 22.10.2024, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition, so far as it relates to the petitioner whereby her services have been dispensed with. 4. There is consensus at bar that the matter in issued has been considered by this Court in Writ A No.6116 of 2025 In Re Kumari Pankaj vs State of U.P. & Ors : 2025:AHC-LKO: 32197 whereby similar order has been set aside by this Court. 5. Considering the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is allowed. Impugned order dated 22.10.2024, a copy of which is annexure-1 to the petition, so far as it relates to the petitioner is set aside. 6. It is provided that the petitioner shall be entitled to the benefit of the judgment of this Court in the case of Kumari Pankaj (supra).
