The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash the order dated 23.05.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/ FTC Unnao in Crl., Revision No. 145 of 2022 and also quash the order dated 04.11.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Purwa Unnao in complaint Case No. 535/2022 Aradhana Devi Versus Rakesh Kumar summoning the petitioners to face trial U/S 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. A and 3/4 Dowry prohibition Act as contained in ANNEXURE NO. 1 AND 2 to this petition and also for quashing the entire proceedings of the Complaint Case No. 535/20922 Aradhan Devi Versus Rakesh Kumar and others pending before the Judicial Magistrate Purwa Unnao and allow the instant petition in the interest of justice." Sri Alok Kumar Srivastav, learned Counsel for the applicants says that matrimonial dispute between opposite party no.2 and Rakesh Kumar s/o Shiv Mangal has been settled and therefore, the present application filed by Shiv Mangal, Bindeshwar alias Bindeshwari and Smt. Prabha Devi, who are father-in-law (Sasur), Mother-in-law (Saas) and Sister-in-law (Devrani) of the informant/opposite party No. 2, may be dismissed as withdrawn. To the aforesaid prayer, learned A.G.A. has no objection. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
