ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs:-

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner and pattadar of land measuring Ac. 3.49 cents in Survey No. 964/1 of Tuggali Village and Mandal, Kurnool District. The subject land previously in possession and under cultivation of his late father, Imam Saheb. Upon his father's demise, the petitioner has been continuing to cultivate the land. Recognizing their long-standing possession and social status, the Tahsildar, Pattikonda Taluk, assigned the land under D-Form Patta vide proceedings No. R.Dis/DAR/23, dated 13.08.1984. Since then, the petitioner has been in continuous possession and enjoyment of the land, and his has been duly mutated in the revenue records (Katha No. 1199), which is evident by the issuance of pattadar passbooks, possession certificate, and electricity connection in his name. Despite this, the land is not being reflected in the online/Webland records. The petitioner submitted representations 24.10.2024 and 23.12.2024 requesting the authorities to update the Webland was name on
3 NV W.P. NO. 10028 OF20^ records, but no action was taken. As per Section 3A of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, it is the statutory obligation of the authorities to ensure automatic electronic updation of rights. Hence, the present Writ Petition. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that it is evident that the petitioner herein did not submit any appropriate application seeking correction of entries in respect of his property in the revenue records. As such, the petitioner herein has to make an appropriate application in Form-Vl-A to respondent Nos.3 & 4 through Meeseva by paying requisite fee. Despite the same, the petitioner is not entitled to claim correction of entries in respect of his property based on the representations submitted by the petitioner. He further submits that let there be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh application seeking correction of entries in respect of his property in the revenue records in Form- Vl-A through Mee-seva/AP Online/ Village Secretariats by following proper procedure in terms of G.O.Ms. No.209 dated 14.06.2017 to the respondent authorities by paying requisite fee. On receipt of such application, the respondents will consider the same, within a reasonable time.
5, Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioner to make an appropriate application in Form-Vl-A to the respondent authorities strictly adhering to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Land in Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and Rules framed therein from time to time for correction of entries in the concerned revenue records through Mee Seva/ AP Online/ Village Secretariat and also in terms of G.O.Ms.No.209 dated 14.06.2017 and on payment of requisite fee, along with all the required documents, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of

On receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as other stakeholders, if any, within a period of two (02) months, thereafter. 6.
