The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider petitioner's transfer from District Shrawasti to District Mau since petitioner's wife working in government employment and therefore he is seeking couple posting in terms of paragraph 5 of the order dated 06.05.2025. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Director (Administration), Medical and Health Services, U.P. Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
