Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent(s) and perused the material brought on record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that the claims of scholarship was processed by the petitioner, however, the appelating body i.e. respondent no.4 did not take in timely action in terms of the prescriptions contained, which is resulting in denial of the benefits of scholarship to the students. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court towards the order dated 15.07.2025 passed in Writ-C No. 22270 of 2025, wherein directions were issued for opening the portal for submission of the documents by the appelating body. 4. Following the aforesaid order, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4 to open the portal for accepting the scholarship data of the students and to process and upload the documents pertaining to the entitlement of the scholarship of students. 5. The respondent no.2 and 3 shall verify the facts with regard to the entitlement of scholarship and shall take necessary action, in accordance with law. 6. Needless to say that the students were entitled for scholarship shall be granted the same, in accordance with law, within reasonable time.
