ORDER; The petitioner aggrieved by the action of Respondent Nos.4 to 6 in interfering \A/ith the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent NosJ and 8 in respect of the petitioners dwelling house bearing D.No.20-47-7, situated in an extent of around 20 square yards located in Down Relli Veedhi, Visakhapatnam, and the same is under the lock and key of respondent No.4.
2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the petitioners and the respondents 7 and 8 are relatives and there is a dispute between them regarding the portion of the house. It is also specifically stated that the police are not interfering with the civil disputes and it is also denied that the 4’*^ respondent has locked the house and kept the key with him. Neither the 4‘^ respondent nor the 5 respondent locked the house and kept the key with them.
3. Recording the submissions, the writ petition is disposed off, leaving it to the petitioners to take steps in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
