This interlocutory application has been filed seeking a correction in the Page No.# 4/5 cause title in respect of respondents No. 4 & 5 in the accompanying writ petition being W.P.(C) No. 3706/2025. It is submitted that inadvertently instead of respondents No. 4 & 5 being arrayed in their official capacity, the names of the incumbents holding the offices have been reflected in the cause title. It is submitted that there is no personal allegations made against the respondents No. 4 & 5 and therefore no specific relief is sought for against the incumbents holding in the post as respondents No. 4 & 5 and the same has been reflected in the cause title. It is therefore submitted that the petitioner/applicant be permitted to make necessary corrections by deleting the names of Shri Biplab Chatterjee and Shri Mukund Kumar Sinha respectively from the array of parties as respondents No. 4 & 5 and instead their offices namely Deputy General Manager-GH and Station In- charge/Nodal Officer be allowed to be reflected only. Since there is no objection from the respondents, the interlocutory application stands allowed. The names of Shri Biplab Chatterjee and Shri Mukund Kumar Sinha will stand deleted and respondents No. 4 & 5 will be reflected only as Deputy General Manager-GH Regional In-charge, AIASL-ER, AI Airport Service Limited Kolkata Regional Office and Station In-charge/Nodal Officer, AI Airport Service Limited, LGBI Airport, Borjhar, Guwahati, District- Kamrup (M) Assam 781015 instead. Let the applicant file amended cause title before the Registry within two weeks.
