The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a. a order or direction thereby commanding to the court concern to decide the Case No.94/70/2024, Under Section 7 and 9/10 and Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 read with Section 7 of Family Court Act, 1984 filed by petitioner, parties "Iram Ansari @ Juberiya Versus Mohd. Sahid and others" pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bahraich within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the fact that the children are below 7 years of age, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the Family Court to decide the said application within a period of six weeks positively. 4. The Family Court would be at liberty to get the service effected on the respondent no.2 through the S.H.O., concerned in case, he is not cooperating.
