Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 11.04.2025 whereby, the appellate authority has remanded the matter for consideration afresh. 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that vide an appeal preferred by the main allottee, the shop has been restored in favour of the main allottee. 4. In view thereof, the consideration with regard to the claim of the petitioner and the other applicants can be considered only after the issue with regard to the appeal preferred by the main allottee is concluded. 5. The writ petition is disposed off with the abovesaid observation. 6. In case, the appeal preferred by the main allottee is dismissed or any proceedings are drawn against him, the petitioner would be at liberty to adjudicate her rights afresh.
