Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) To issue orders or directions or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No.-2 to arrange two Assistant Teachers in Primary School Niyamatpur, Block Puredalai, District Barabanki as per schedule of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009." 3. Considering the mandate of the RTE Act and the schedule appended thereto, present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an application before respondent no.2 who shall take steps for compliance of the statutory conditions prescribed in the RTE Act within a period of four weeks from today.
