Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 25.07.2025 sent by Anil Kumar, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Shahbad, District Hardoi, submits that investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet no.389 of 2025 was prepared on 17.07.2025 against Suraj @ Anubhav Rawat, Annu @ Akhilesh, Komal and Rubi Devi and submitted to the Circle Officer, Police Station Shahbad, District Hardoi in the court concerned on 20.03.2025. 3. Instructions are kept on record. 4. Since the charge-sheet has been prepared by the Investigating Officer, it is presumed that sufficient evidence has been collected and filed with the charge- sheet before the Circle Officer for its evaluation, therefore, this Court feels it to be inappropriate to interfere at this stage. 5.
