Case No. 35/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 137(2), 87, 96, 61(1) & 142 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri M. Pandit learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa. 6. On 16.04.2025, co-accused Ankush Paswan and this petitioner took away the victim to hotel where Ankush Paswan raped her. 7. It was submitted that as far as present petitioner is concerned, he had dropped the victim and co-accused till hotel only and thereafter he returned home. 8. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri M.
