In view of the proposed order, notice to private respondents is dispensed with. 3. By means of the present petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 09.07.2025 passed by the Sub- Divisional Officer, Tehsil Hasanganj, District Unnao in proceedings under Sections 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Learned Standing counsel at the very outset has submitted that the petitioners have adequate remedy for filing appeal under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the said facts and submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appeal before the authority concerned. 6. In light of above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 7. In case, appeal is filed within two weeks, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same with expedition. . (Alok Mathur, J.)
