Heard Sri Shujat Kidwai, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been filed with the prayer to quash the N.B.W Dated-17/07/2025, Passed in case crime no. 189/1998 U/s 324,347,355,374,418,421 of I.P.C at P.S-Ghazipur District-Lucknow and to stay the further proceedings of N.B.W Dated-17/07/2025 passed in case crime no. 189 of 1998 U/s 324,347,355,374,418,421 of I.P.C. at P.S-Ghazipur District- Lucknow. 3. It is submitted that non-appearance before the court below is not deliberate but it had happened due to unavoidable circumstances. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants undertake that they will not further jump the conditions of bail and will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below. 4. Learned counsel further undertakes that the applicants will appear before the court below within a period of two weeks and apply for bail. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, for the period of two weeks only, non bailable warrant dated 17.07.2025 issued against the applicants shall remain stayed. 6. However, if the applicants do not appear before the court below within the aforesaid period, this order shall stand revoked and no benefit of this order shall accrue to him. 7.
