JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH O R D E R 11.08.2025 Heard Mr. S. R. Rabha, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. M. Chetia, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent No.1; Mr. S. P. Das, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4. 2. The petitioner herein has approached this Court on account of non-payment of various amounts i.e. Rs.71,41,492/-; Rs. 69,64,712/- and Rs. 71,63,437/- against the works carried out by the petitioner. 3. Mr. S. P. Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4 submits that the said amounts have been duly paid to the petitioner, and in that regard, has placed before this Court the FoCs in respect to the said amount of Rs.71,63,437/-; Rs.72,13,034/- and Rs.69,64,712/-. The same are kept on record and marked with the letters “X”, “Y” and “Z”. 4. Taking into account the statement made by the learned Page No.# 3/3 counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2, 3, and 4 and the documents which have been placed on record and marked with the letters “X”, “Y” and “Z”, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further survives in the instant writ petition. 5.
