Vinita pending before the Learned Principal Judge Family Court District- Unnao, expeditiously within stipulated time period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit.
