This petition has been filed by the petitioner with following main prayer:- "(i) To issue a writ order or directions in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the First information report lodged at crime no.261 of 2025 under section 15(2) /15(4)/16 of Petrolium Adi Khanij Pipe line (Zameen Vaparkarta Adhikar Sampadan) Sudharna Adhiniyam 2011 and section 34 Explosive Substances Act 1908 and section 3¼ Prevention of Public Property damage Act 1984 and section 3(5)/ 61(2)/287/303(2)/317/(2)324(5) OF BNS 2023 and section 7 of Essential commodities Act registered at P.S., Maharajpur Dist Kanpur Nagar lodged by the opposite party no.4 as contained in annexure no. 1 to this writ petition." 3. Learned A.G.A. has raised a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of this petition before this Court sitting at Lucknow. He has pointed out that the F.I.R. has been lodged at Police Station Maharajpur, District Kanpur Nagar. 4. This writ petition is dismissed for want of territorial jurisdiction with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before this Court at Allahabad.
