The respondent was directed to ascertain her current address and place the same on affidavit. 3. The Registry reports that the respondent informed the Registry that they have no address for the petitioner other than address given in the memo of parties. 4. As notice has already been issued at the address mentioned in the memo of parties, but was returned unserved, and the counsel has already been discharged, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
