She was transferred from GGIC, Pauri Nagar, Pauri to GGIC, Kotiknasar, Chakrata, Dehradun. Thus feeling aggrieved, she has filed this writ petition. (3) Learned State Counsel submits that since petitioner served at Sugam places for 16 years and 10 months, therefore, she was transferred strictly as per the provisions of Transfer Act. He further submits that one Ms. Archana Satish was transferred in place of petitioner at Pauri; no interim order was passed in favour of petitioner, therefore she must have joined duties at the transferred place. (4) This Court do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned transfer order, especially when the same is passed as per the provisions of Transfer Act. Even otherwise also, every employer has the right to transfer his employees, who are holding transferable post and interference with the order of transfer can be made only if the transfer order is passed in violation of statutory provisions or it is infected with malice. This is not the case here. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. (5) Writ petition thus fails and is dismissed.
