The Court made the following: JUDGMENT: The present Contempt Case is filed alleging non- implementation of interim order, dated 18.03.2025, passed in W.P.No.6651 of 2025, by which, respondent herein was directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s representations, dated 05.02.2025 and 03.03.2025, within a period of two weeks, with respect to payment of salaries. 2 CGR, J. C.C.No.1076 of 2025 2. In pursuance to the aforesaid interim order, 4th respondent has passed order in Rc.No.1/2025, dated 07.04.2025, citing the aforesaid representations of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order refusing to pay salary is in sheer contempt of Court as the same violates the interim order passed by this Court. 4. A perusal of the aforesaid proceedings, dated 07.04.2025, shows that representations of the petitioner have been rejected assigning reasons, however, such reasons cannot be tested exercising contempt jurisdiction. This Court does not find that the order, dated 07.04.2025, is an act of contempt. 5. Therefore, the present Contempt Case is dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to question the aforesaid order, dated 07.04.2025. No order as to costs.
