In view of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to respondent no.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. This writ petition has been filed by petitioner(s) with following main prayers: "I. Issue writ order or command in the nature of mandamus directing opposite party no.3 to conclude the investigation in the instant case crime, in fair prompt and expeditiously as the same is pending for more than 3 years. II. Issue writ order or command in the nature of mandamus directing opposite parties to not to arrest the petitioner in aforesaid crime number during the pendency of this petition in the interest of justice." 4. At the very outset, learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, states that in this case, after completion of investigation, Final Report No.2/2023 has been filed on 05.01.2023. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that he is absolutely unaware about the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. 7.
