ORDER The present writ petition is filed forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from in any manner allotting the lands in favour of adi diravidar Community in respect of the property comprised in S.No.22/2 and also S.No.23 classified as vandipathai Situated at Rajagiri Village, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2025. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per revenue records, the land in S.No.23 alone is classified as Vandipathai. Now, the respondent is taking steps to allot the said Vandipathi to the Adi Dravidar Community. If such land was allotted, then the entire village will suffer to reach the other lands. _________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders in the light of the revenue records. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear the said Vandipathai cannot be allotted to anybody. 4.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
