This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 01 i.e. District Magistrate Lucknow to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 09-12-2024 contained as Annexure No. 01 to this writ petition, and take action in the matter according to law as soon as possible." 3. We have gone through the representation dated 09.12.2024 made by the petitioner to the District Magistrate, Lucknow. The petitioner has tried to raise private dispute and we do not wish to create jurisdiction where there is none, therefore, this writ petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the Appropriate Forum.
