RAGHUNANDAN RAO DATE : 17th April 2025 P C : The petitioners claim that despite the fact that they had filed Securitization Application bearing S.A.No.94 of 2025 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam on 07.02.2025, yet, no hearing has taken place on the interim application filed by them seeking interim relief. 2. It is stated that on 07.02.2025, the matter was posted to 13.03.2025 when further has been adjourned to 14.05.2025. It is stated that the petitioners had even filed an application seeking the preponement of the date so that appropriate orders could be obtained on merits from the Forum vide I.A.No.1102 of 2025, yet, no orders have been passed in the said application. In the meantime, it is stated that the Advocate Commissioner has been appointed, who is about to execute the warrant, which would dispossess the 2 petitioners leading to prejudice being caused to the petitioners and rendering the proceedings before the D.R.T. academic. 3. Considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the D.R.T. to dispose of I.A.No.1102 of 2025 in S.A.No.94 of 2025. Till such time orders are passed in the said application on merits, status quo be maintained with regard to the possession of the petitioners over the secured asset. 4.
